RPM Services is also an authorized manufacturer' repair center for Aerzen USA compressors and blowers, supplying Aerzen products and replacement parts.

RPM Services has a team of field service technologist with Specialty Mechanical and Vibration Analysts to perform rotating equipment performance assessment audits in resolving operational and application problems.  Our varied in-plant field service experience provides a unique overlap of technical expertise in developing - project workscope definitions, shutdown planning / estimating with staff coverage, commissioning and startup consultants and/or supervising your entire project from start to finish.  Currently, we have a combination of approximately 90 certified shop and field Technologists, Millwright, Machinist, Level III Vibration Technician, Certified NDE Lefvel I & II Penetrate Testing Technicians, Laser and Optical Alignment Technicians.

To enhance our in-house expertise, we continue to attract OEM trained shop and field Technicians.  As a team, we bring together many decades of diverse rotating equipment expertise.  We have the capability to perform field service at your location or complete turnkey equipment overhauls in our shop to engineered specifications.  Additionally, we have a variable frequency drive test stand, which enables us to balance and test run equipment  and provide our customers with vibration and bearing temperature baseline readings.  Our Technical Services Group provides a comprehensive service report documenting each phase of the project.
